What was the highlight of Tryp by Wyndham WTC Mexico
A pleasant stay overall, but there's room for improvement
Location is convenient, the room had a pleasant design, and I appreciated the fact that rooms featured smart tvs as opposed to just regular cable. Staff were always efficient.
Using the parking garage next to the hotel is inconvenient because the space is so tiny that I preferred to use one of the many parking spots in front of the building (the area is reasonably safe and I could watch my car from my room window). Additionally, the beds aren't that comfortable. My biggest complaint, however, was that the shower stall flooded. I told management about this and asked for an extra bath mat TWICE, which they never brought. Other than that, I'd say it wasn't a horrible stay.

Good
The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean. Comfortable beds.
The room is small. They offer nothing as amenities not even bottled water. Everything is extra from coffee tea. Shower was locked into very high position making it hard to use.

Good
The room has a fridge which is hard to find with this price range of hotels in CDMX. It's a silent hotel too. Air conditioning works well.
The room is small. Also safe was unusable.
